3. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

Service appointments are scheduled in coordination with each customer. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within the confirmed window and will communicate delays caused by traffic, weather, or emergencies.

Standard residential repairs include a one-year labor warranty unless otherwise noted. Manufacturer warranties for materials apply according to the product documentation.

Either party may terminate scheduled work before it begins by providing written or verbal notice. Deposits for custom materials may be nonrefundable if orders have been placed.
